SOFTSHAPER SOLID OPERATIONS
Advanced service of PARASOLID models
The module allows loading assemblies of PARASOLID models (with compatible formats), which could be used for a series of geometrical operations, that adjusting models to the chosen incremental technology.
Models can be transformed - translate, rotate and scale. The module maintains the accuracy of mapped geometry when performing geometry modification operations compared to surface-type surface models that lose the accuracy of surface mapping after scaling operations.
On solid models, the user can perform Bool operations such as: sum, difference, common part and can detect collisions of components. Advanced parameterization allows detecting features of solids as openings, pockets, etc.
